FAQ

We gather online and provide compassionate grief coaching and education. We work together to support you and your relationship to grief. It is a non-judgemental and sacred place to help you find meaning after the loss of loved ones.

Grief does not have a timeline. Every person goes through their own grieving process, and we support you through it so that you may find meaning along the way.

We offer space to a maximum of 8 people or men per group, so that each person is given ample space and time to share and be present with their experience.

Each person’s relationship with the loss of their loved one is unique. We say that no one is stuck, instead we see the journey as ongoing. Having your grief compassionately witnessed is crucial to the healing work.

Each person is welcome to attend the free monthly grief circle as an introduction to our work together. After two circles, we will ask you to join us for the 6 week program, or contact us for one-to-one grief coaching and education.

We are available to support groups and/or families through their collective grief. Navigating it together can be healing. Please contact us and we will speak with you about your situation and what you may need.
