Grief changes people.
It changes families, relationships, work, identity, and the way people move through the world. For many, the hardest part is not only the loss itself, but what happens after. When the immediate support quiets down, people are often left trying to understand how to keep living with what has happened.
Living With Grief was created by Colin Redisky and Marielle Soong to offer grief education, facilitated support, life coaching, and compassionate group work for people carrying death, loss, and significant life change.
This work is grounded, practical, and human. It gives people a steady place to talk about grief, understand more about what they are experiencing, and feel less alone in it.
When we face Grief, we learn how to open our heart again.
Grief: the depth of Love we feel, that has no place to go.
It’s ok to keep living. We can move through grief together.
When we walk with Grief, we may find new meaning.
We offer a range of services to support you through your unique grief journey. These include one-on-one coaching sessions, group support, and specialized programs adapted to your needs.
Helping to relieve the pain of grief, and educate those who wish to be more “Grief Informed”, is our foundation. We hope to bring grief out of the shadows and create sacred spaces to learn how to live with grief.
Whether you are in the early stages of loss or seeking to find balance, or you feel stuck especially after some years have passed, we are here to be with you each step of the way.
